What we offer

• Doodleur Plus — an annual subscription with expanded download and generation quotas.
• Credits — one-time purchases for downloads and AI generation beyond your daily limit.

Current pricing and quotas are shown on the pricing page and may vary by market.

Payment

• All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is the legal seller — their name will appear on your bank statement.
• Prices are shown including VAT. Paddle automatically calculates the correct VAT based on your country.
• You can pay by card, PayPal, and other methods supported by Paddle.

Doodleur Plus

• Doodleur Plus is an annual subscription that renews automatically.
• You can cancel at any time via your account settings or through Paddle's customer portal.
• When you cancel, your Plus benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are given for an already-started billing period, as is standard for digital services.
• We send a reminder email before each automatic renewal.

Credits

• Credits are a one-time purchase and do not expire.
• Credits are non-refundable (digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase).
• Unused credits remain in your account until you use them or delete your account.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

For digital services, you agree that delivery begins immediately upon purchase, and that the 14-day right of withdrawal therefore no longer applies. This acceptance is required during checkout.

Price changes

We may change prices. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance. The new price takes effect at the next renewal.
