How we make our coloring pages

Doodleur uses AI image models to create the black-and-white line drawings you see here. That's how we can offer thousands of designs for free without cutting corners on quality — but the AI doesn't do the whole job alone.

Every image is reviewed by hand by Mikael Wahss, who runs Doodleur, before it goes live. We hold a strict quality bar: clean lines, correct anatomy, readable composition, no garbled text, no stray color slipping in. Only images that pass human review reach the site — the rest are discarded or regenerated.

We see AI as a tool, not a replacement for editorial judgement. That's how we can offer good coloring pages for children and parents without chasing volume. If you ever spot an image that doesn't meet the bar — write to info@doodleur.com and we'll remove or fix it.
